Is a Doctoral student at Mercubuana University, Jakarta. Bachelor Degree from Institute of Islamic University Azzahra, majoring in Economics, and Master Degree from BSI University Bandung, Department of Management. Dede work as a businessman who pioneered and developed a restaurant business that has been in franchise with the brand My Bento for 9 years, and also career as a permanent lecturer in Bina Sarana Informatika Jakarta for 6 years. His research interests include the development of the world of franchising, franchise risk, franchise operations and franchise management.
